Softener and DM Plant

Water Softening plant Products consists of a (SS316, Mild Steel Rubber Lined /Unlined / Epoxy/ FRP Lined, FRP, LLDPE Vessel filed with a bed of Softening media supported on a bed of Caution resin . The vessel is provided with frontal piping. Top Mounting and valves to control the operation of the unit. .

Softeners are based on Ion Exchange process. Softening plants are compact, self contain system comprising of one mild steel/FRP pressure vessel, frontal piping with Strong Acid Caution exchange resins in sodium form. The resins eliminate dissolved ions like calcium & magnesium from water producing high quality soft water.

softeners are available as up flow & down flow types. Standard softener model ranges from 250 LPH upto 50000 LPH and custom-built units for higher flow rates. Necessary salt preparation tank with injection systems is also offered with the system.

DM plant Products consists of a (SS316 , Mild Steel Rubber Lined , FRP, Vessel Filed with a bed of dm media supported on a bed of Caution resin & anion resin .The vessel is provided with frontal piping. Top Mounting and valves to control the operation of the unit Demineralization by Ion Exchange Technology is one of the most conventional, preferred and widely used water purification method in industrial sectors.

DM Plants are used to Dematerialize (Reduce the Total Conductivity) in the water making it fit for use in Process industries and various other applications.

 

FLOW RATE : 500 LPH TO 10,000 LPH
